These notes owe much to notes written by Jim Luke, and the ‘Letter to the Philippians’ by T. J. Barling, as well as addresses by John Martin and Roger Gore. Some sections are drawn verbatim from their works, however as a whole this is a unique set of notes prepared specifically for the conference.
